The Yangtze，China‘s longest river，rising from the Qinghai-Tibet plateau，flows eastwards for 6300 kilometers，eventually reaching Yuantuojiao，in Jiangsu Province in eastern China，where it flows into the sea.

长江，中国最长的河流，发源于青藏高原，向东奔流6300公里，最终到达中国东部江苏省的圆陀角，从这里进入海洋。

A large amount of sediment carried by the Yangtze River has been deposited here due to the tides.

被长江携带来的大量的沉积物，在潮汐的作用下堆积于此。

Gradually，the sandbar is becoming a growing and extending beach plain.

逐渐地，沙洲变成一个不断生长和扩大的滩原。

It has also become a popular stopover for a large number of migratory birds.

同时，对很多的候鸟来说，它也变成一个受欢迎的中转站。

In the Yangzte River Delta to the north of Yuantuojiao，abundant rivers carry huge amounts of sediment to the sea.

在圆陀角北部的长江三角洲这里，丰富的河流们携带大量的沉积物入海。

They also bring nutrients，piling up to form fertile coastlines and unique sandy ridges and sandbars.

Around the coastline of the Yellow Sea in China，hundreds of kilometers of coastal wetlands and  zones have formed.

It is an organic combination of natural，biological and human functions，and a key hub on the East Asian-Australasian flyway of migratory birds.
